POPE FRANCIS –
The death of Father Francis was announced on Easter Monday morning aged 88 at his residence in the Vatican’s Casa Santa Marta. The funeral of Pope Francis took place yesterday Saturday, in front of St Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City.
The Papal Conclave will begin in May following a period of mourning for Pope Francis.
PLEASE COME TO MASS EARLY –
Can all readers please ensure you arrive at mass ten minutes early and let the pass keepers know you have arrived and that you are aware which reading you are doing? Anyone who normally has a ministry should also try to arrive timeously, Likewise can altar servers also try to arrive early.
THE SOCIAL COMMITTEE – Wish to thank all who contributed to a lovely Easter celebration – to all the egg scavengers, the arts and craft designers and to our St Vincent DePaul who did the catering.
Your support was great and very much appreciated.
